Align: Body & Mind

In this 2-hour workshop, we will connect with our six basic human needs (based on Maslow’s Hierarchy) and travel through the seven chakras (energetic centers) of the body.  We will use the tools of yoga, savoring each pose to feel its full expression and the rise of the Kundalini energy.  To further deepen our mind-body connection and empower our focus, we will being using essential oils and affirmations during our yoga practice. We will conclude with a guided mediation for integration.

This workshop is open to all levels, and will be taught by Tiana Hennings & Laura Wall. Handout will be provided; feel free to bring your own journal.

Note:  Young Living brand essential oils will be provided for your use in this class. If you prefer another brand, you are welcome to bring your own as well.
