In this 2-hour workshop, we will connect with our six basic human needs (based on Maslow’s Hierarchy) and travel through the seven chakras (energetic centers) of the body.  We will use the tools of yoga, savoring each pose to feel its full expression and the rise of the Kundalini energy.  To further deepen our mind-body connection and empower our focus, we will being using essential oils and affirmations during our yoga practice. We will conclude with a guided mediation for integration.

This workshop is open to all levels, and will be taught by Tiana Hennings & Laura Wall. Handout will be provided; feel free to bring your own journal.

Note:  Young Living brand essential oils will be provided for your use in this class. If you prefer another brand, you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Angels & Insights Workshop

Divine Guidance comes in many forms. We may see repeated signs, or have a knowing or vision about things to come during our prayer or meditation time. One of the invisible, yet ever-present forms of Guidance are the Archangels. The word angel means messenger of God. Angels are here to bring us messages and assist us in living a more joyful, loving daily life.

Are you curious to learn more about the Archangels like Michael and Gabriel, and what their special roles are in our lives?

Join me and my friend, Angel Expert Christina Berry, for this 2-hour workshop where you can learn all about angels and how to enhance your connection to their divine messages.  We will also give a short introduction to how to read angel oracle cards. 

Card reading for yourself is much like journaling, yoga, or any other new pursuit: you are learning about yourself and how you perceive the world around you. This is not about predicting the future but rather, increasing your awareness of your gifts, abilities and the desires of your heart, given to you by a Divine Creator. The cards we will use are all focused on positive uplighting messages and affirmations.

A light lunch and beverages will be served during the workshop.  It will be held at a private residence; location to be given upon registration. 

This class is not based on any particular religion; all religious beliefs are welcome here.

Christina Berry is an Angel Intuitive and Reiki Master Level III who specializes in bringing you messages from your angels and offering you guidance to understand your own intuitive gifts. Heather is a Psychic Medium, Empath & Light Worker specializing in connecting with spirit & those who have passed, past life connections, energy clearing & removal of negative attached energy. 

Christina will offer angel card reading sessions with intuitive coaching.  Heather will offer spiritual readings with insights about your past lives, and your spirit and angel guides.
